What We Offer

Applied Behavior Analysis Behavioral Health

We provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to support meaningful progress for children, adults, and families. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), offering in-network and out-of-network services to meet your specific needs.

In-Network Insurance options we currently accept:

  • TriWest

  • Medicare

  • Medicaid

  • AlohaCare

  • HMSA

Out-of-network Services: we make it possible to begin care right away, without waiting for insurance approval. Our rates are intentionally aligned with typical insurance reimbursement levels, allowing families to access services without excessive out-of-pocket burden while navigating the approval process.

Choosing an out-of-network provider means you can start receiving support immediately, while still maintaining the option to transition to insurance-based services once authorized. We also provide detailed superbills for families to submit to their insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Business Clinical Consultation

Clinical Consultation services provide specialized, behavior-analytic guidance to organizations and care teams supporting individuals with complex needs. Led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), consultation focuses on strengthening clinical decision-making, improving behavior support practices, and ensuring services align with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Support may include case review, functional assessment guidance, treatment plan development, staff competency building, and systems-level problem solving.

Our approach is collaborative and data-informed, helping teams increase clinical confidence, improve outcomes, and deliver consistent, high-quality care across settings.
