Most ABA providers rely heavily on behavior technicians (RBTs), which can lead to frequent staff turnover and inconsistent care.

Our model is different.

All services are provided directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)—the highest level of clinical expertise in ABA. There are no layers of staff between you and your provider.

We also focus on teaching parents and caregivers how to implement strategies, so progress continues beyond sessions and becomes part of everyday life.

How is this different from having an RBT or therapist in my home?

Traditional models often involve multiple staff rotating through your home, which can lead to:

• Ongoing retraining of new staff

Our model eliminates that by providing:

• One highly qualified clinician

Being out-of-network means we are not directly contracted with your insurance company.

However, this allows us to:

• Start services immediately (no waiting for authorization)

• Provide highly individualized care without insurance restrictions

• Offer flexible and clinically appropriate treatment plans

We also support families by providing documentation and guidance if they choose to pursue reimbursement through their insurance.

Our rates match insurance rates and are intentionally aligned with typical insurance reimbursement levels for BCBA services.
